Delivery Methods
Direct to Storefront: Our internal delivery fleet will deliver orders directly to the
registered business address provided in the Veg Wagon Retailer App.
Warehouse Pickup: Retailers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our
primary warehouse location.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the same day if placed before our daily cutoff time (as
indicated in the app). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are generally within 12-24
hours of order confirmation, depending on your location and market dynamics.
We strive to provide accurate orders and the highest quality vegetables. Please read our cancellation and
refund policies carefully.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled directly through the Veg Wagon Retailer App before warehouse packing
begins. Once the order status changes to "Packing" or "Dispatched", cancellations are no longer
permitted due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refunds for Damaged or Missing Items
If vegetables are damaged or missing upon delivery, please report the issue via the support section in the
app within 2 hours of receiving the delivery, along with photographic evidence.
Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay) or credited as Veg
Wagon account balance (store credit), based on your preference. Please allow 5-7 business
days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

2. "On Credit" System Rules
Veg Wagon offers an "On Credit" payment facility for eligible retailers subject to the following strict
rules:
Credit limits are assigned based on order history and business verification.
Invoices must be settled within the agreed credit period (e.g., 7 days, 15 days).
Market Locks: If outstanding balances exceed the credit limit or invoices remain unpaid
past the due date, your account ordering privileges will be temporarily locked until the balance is
cleared.
3. Platform Use
Live pricing data provided in the app is proprietary and intended solely for placing orders through Veg
Wagon. Scraping or sharing this data with competitors is strictly prohibited.
